It would have to be something that left him so disgruntled and filled with rage for the last 5 years that he went to such lengths to kill her family and then didn't even get her. Is there any collaborating evidence to show he was near the judge's house at the time of the shootings? Cellphone GPS and tower ping records? Any security camera footage at the judge's house or where they found the lawyer?
