It would have to be something that left him so disgruntled and filled with rage for the last 5 years that he went to such lengths to kill her family and then didn't even get her. I think that by the time someone has become a high-level judge they know whether they can be relied on or not. The face that this judge was an Obama appointee, they probably believe she would do them a favor. When she refused, she's broken the rules and they call in the hit.
