If this was an Epstein, Cabal related hit, then here is what is more likely. The shooter thinks hes killed the victims and gets into a get away vehicle never to be seen again. A few days later, the corrupt agents find a cadaver and immediately say the shooter has killed himself nothing to see here.
Then the population argues over how the cadaver died. Population successfully misdirected.
