Good. Peaceful protesting is one thing, but what these criminals are doing is not protesting. They are looting and destroying property. If their own City leaders are going to condone or simply look the other way someone needs to step in to protect the innocent people and their properties.
Why try to fix democratic one party dystopian cities? Let them face the consequences of their policies. Let the rest of America watch communist America implode in on itself. There is nothing there to salvage.
I hate to have to get real here - but even in Portland, Federal law enforcement is only being used to protect Federal buildings.
Sure, I understand that the unmarked van guys are also arresting some antifa leaders, but it doesn't seem like they are arresting enough of them to actually put a stop to it. ( That said, I am grateful that at least some are being arrested, finally. )
The fact is that the National Guard could have been used in an aggressive way even without the cooperation of Democrat governors and mayors. It has not been, so far.
