Just go out in a blaze of glory is the message I'm getting from the commissar Bolshevik prosecutors, in Minecraft.

Arm up, or end up like these folks.

This is going to end well.

christianknight 15 points ago +15 / -0

It will..for the state. Literally nobody will protest it. Just sit back and gloat about lawsuits. im still waiting for the lawsuits over the 21 age limit to buy guns in some states...

3
AlphaNathan 3 points ago +4 / -1

If there's one thing I've learned in the past two months, it's that violence works.

1
txladyvoter 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's not just the limit for buying guns to age 21. The "credit card commisars" like Citibank won't allow one of their credit cards to be used for a gun purchase if it is held by a person of the age 18-day before 21. That's been going on for years!

6
Ferrous_Tarkus 6 points ago +6 / -0

It might. The Governor has basically said that he'll straight up pardon them.

28
AlphaNathan 28 points ago +29 / -1

This should be the hill we die on.

14
somethingnew 14 points ago +14 / -0

As I said when their guns were seized:

This should be the hill we die on. This prosecutor needs to be removed, investigated and indicted for aiding and abetting rioters, looters, trespassers and terrorists. Every elected Republican from a city council member to the president of the United states should come to their defense. This cannot and should not stand.

Masks are that hill in my mind.

1
MAGANatsFan 1 point ago +1 / -0

Mask hatred, by itself, is a little overblown. Its the fucking entire country shutdown!!! If the masks work open up everything, but if they don't then why are we wearing them.

1
SemperFree 1 point ago +1 / -0

If wearing blue overalls makes society peaceful, we should wear them

If putting 2 way cameras in every room of every house makes society healthy, we should do that.

Thankfully a pardon has already been promised.

-5
try4gain -5 points ago +3 / -8

no.

  • if they had kept gun at their side the law would be on their side.

  • you cant go waving guns and pointing guns at people standing 20 ft away doing nothing but standing there.

this was irresponsible gun use.

you can disagree with me all day long. go waving a gun in your state and see how it works out for you.

They were trying to take down their gate.

1
Mashiki 1 point ago +1 / -0

Guess it's too bad for you that the law is on their side.

1
steven3960 1 point ago +1 / -0

They were being threatened by a violent mob who was trespassing on their property, the property they got onto by destroying their gate house?

Meatbank84 26 points ago +26 / -0

Of course she is. Her employer George Soros is telling her.

6

I'm sure DOJ is completing a thorough investigation.

Just some good ol gaslighting to scare away normies from protecting themselves.

11
RlzJohnnyM 11 points ago +11 / -0

In St.Louis you can riot, loot, burn buildings and even kill cops BUT

DON’T YOU DARE WAVE A GUN TO PROTECT YOURSELF, WE GONNA PUT YOU IN JAIL

FUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU !

3
YouKnowWhatItIs87 3 points ago +3 / -0

Those are broke thugs, these people have money, with extending the lockdowns through Election Day, I won’t be surprised to see tons of examples all across the country of states trying to extract needed revenue from law abiding citizens.

YouKnowWhatItIs87 9 points ago +9 / -0

MO* but yeah they just shouldn’t need a pardon in the first place.

4
AuPhalanx 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's good and all, but there shouldn't be any charges or prosecution in the first place!

1
christianknight 1 point ago +1 / -0

It shouldnt get that far. This bodes very poorly for dirt poor American citizens who don't get high profile cases like this.

10
GodEmperorsNewGroove 10 points ago +11 / -1

Time for a peaceful protest outside the DA’s house. We’re sure she’ll understand.

10
KBL2020 10 points ago +10 / -0

What a disgrace our country is turning into. All while Republicans in Congress do and say NOTHING

9
christianknight 9 points ago +11 / -2

As expected. Nobody will protest it though.

7
whyewemadbro 7 points ago +7 / -0

How is it that the private home address of the Mayor IS known, leading to this incident in the first place, but the home address of CA Gardner is not known, preventing the opposing side from demonstrating there just like BLM did at the Mayor’s house?

Where the autists at?

Political or not, a pardon does not right this wrong, or drop the charge. If they are convicted, they would still have a felony record for something that was well within their rights

7
CMDRConanAAnderson 7 points ago +7 / -0

Pure kabuki, their property was trespassed and damaged. Seeing they were lawyers nothing will come of this, but that isn't the point. This is all about optics. Regardless of whether the charges land, or very likely don't, a message has been sent and no one can negate that. They could flip the prosecutor upside down and shake their wallet out in misconduct charges and they still accomplished the intended mission to instill fear among ordinary citizens. This was never about the couple, but creating a new standard.

7
Libertas1776 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is ridiculous.

7
AlphaNathan 7 points ago +8 / -1

Kim Gardner is a radical leftist that's now openly violating the constitution. DOJ? Thoughts?

6
TorchesPitchforks 6 points ago +6 / -0

Of course she is. She's a Soros backed stooge.

6
YouKnowWhatItIs87 6 points ago +6 / -0

What’s the crime? These people don’t need to be pardoned because THEY DID NOTHING WRONG!

4
endofDrumpf 4 points ago +4 / -0

Unlawful use of a firearm apparently. One problem I see is that they didn’t actually use the firearms. Not a lawyer tho

I guarantee you he's not going to take a pardon... He is a damn good defense attorney and knows just how many videos there are of this entire event, from every angle. Ge knows that shit will never stick in court....

3
NvJohansson 3 points ago +3 / -0

Who does this piece of shit prosecutor thinks she's working for? The governor already said he'd pardon the couple if they were charged. Why is this cunt wasting taxpayer money?

https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/507988-missouri-governor-says-hed-pardon-st-louis-couple-if-they-are-charged

3

Sue. Win. Bankrupt the city for all its worth... whatever worth St. Louis still has.

3
siliconia 3 points ago +3 / -0

The one thing that isn't clear to me is whether these people were walking by or were on their property. I've seen a few things saying that they broke down a gate and were actually on their property. However, it seems to be framed as if they're walking past their property on the sidewalk or something. Can I get a conformation of exactly how this played out?

Defending yourself - illegal now.

1

The prosecutor won’t win but will try to milk them dry of money as a warning...probably could not have been a better couple - I really hope they have some additional legal support and the NRA gets involved.

1
n0kx 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fuck that prosecutor.

"illegal to wave weapons in a threatening manner"

It's illegal to trespass and threaten someone's life! If you trespass and threaten my life, all bets are off.

What a fucking cunt.

This is the liberals going directly after the right to defend house and home against a mob making threats of violence. The firearms achieved their intended result and repelled the savages without anyone getting hurt.

I fail to see the problem.
