I’m 100% against females in leadership roles. Yeah, I said it. I’ve seen enough to know that most cannot handle any type of power as it goes to their head and they’re led by emotion. The worst bosses I’ve ever had were female.
I can echo that, every female boss Ive had was a power trippin bitch. Been more than one occasion that Ive pissed them off to no end, calling out there bullshit.
Nothing against women, but damned if most dont get a chip on their shoulder when put into a position of any real power.
My current manager is a female, but she's pretty chill and based on certain comments that she's made I'm guessing a Republican, so that probably also makes a difference.
All my female bosses were bitches except for the one that I knew was Republican. She was an awesome boss to have.
So yea I think it depends on what camp she falls in, sjw cuck or based.
This. I'm a woman who works with 50 guys and only 2 other women. Guess who's the only one I've had issues with? Of course this woman is a man hating leftist. The other woman is my boss, is very chill and leans conservative. Generally speaking though, I would work with a man over a woman any day.

I went to work for a company and the project manager was a woman. On day one she introduced me to the team and told everyone that I was there to save this project. I knew in that exact moment that this company was fucked. If I was there to save this project this woman was an incompetent fool. I was correct. This was the most disorganized place I’d ever worked. The woman had no idea what she was doing. And she treated everyone like shit.
My wife and I had a vacation planned before I started there and she promised I could take those days off but a week before she told me I could only take 4 days and not the whole 5. One day doesn’t sound like much but that reallly means 3 days were screwed. The whole weekend. Well that same day I get a call from another company. They want to fly me to their corporate office for an interview. It’s a division of IBM. Hell yes. Since my whole vacation is screwed I fly up there, get the job and on my first day back give them my 2 weeks notice. I already had my things boxed up, all of my paper work done, I even spent the day training my replacement.
The assholes didn’t give me two weeks and walked me to the door. They were expecting me to be surprised and upset but quickly realized I didn’t give a shit because I was already packed and ready to go. I called my new employer and asked if I could start a week sooner. They were glad to have me. That gave me a full week of vacation before I had to start my new job. I stayed at IBM for 5 years and less than 9 months in that hell hole. That company eventually went through massive layoffs and downsized by half.
Yikes, she was incompetent like no tomorrow. Wonder if she was some sort of diversity or affirmative action hire cause it sounds like she didnt have enough sense to pour piss out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
At least the vacation worked out and the job you got was much better.
I’ve worked with some incredibly smart women who have great leadership skills and impeccable business judgment. The problem in a lot of large companies is that the rise through leadership is extremely political and so the women who play that game really well are, in most cases, exactly the opposite of who you want in a leadership role.

I'm a woman and I agree with this. By and large the worst bosses I've had were women and/or soyboys (so pretty much women). So fucking emotional and terrible at making a decision. I hate having to walk on eggshells because I don't know what mood she'll be in that day.
But every once in a blue moon I've come across one that is phenomenal. My current boss is a woman and she's fantastic, but she's more of the exception rather than the rule in my experience. I honestly think testosterone is a huge factor in being a good leader.
100%! Also a woman with a long history in corporate jobs. EVERY woman boss fomented and even encouraged an environment of jealousy, cattiness, backstabbing and exclusivity. You haven’t experienced a real witch-hunt until you have a group of the female boss’s “in crowd” gang up on you to get you fired for some petty reason. All these woman bosses had weekly screaming hysteria fits and the worse one kept a bottle of vodka in her desk drawer which she hit all day long. I had some crummy male bosses, too, but nothing like the women.
Oh my gosh, YES! I would ask if we've worked at the same places, but it seems most women that make it to those positions of leadership manage to create the same toxic work environment across the board. It's sad really.
The woman exec VP at one place I worked had actual sleepover pajama parties for her favorite female employees complete with facials, manicures, etc in the guise of “strategy sessions”. Another job had a group of the boss’s female pets gang up and try to get me fired because I told one of my co-workers (who I invited as a professional courtesy) that she couldn’t bring her FOUR children to my evening wedding reception for a catered dinner. Bi-yatches running in packs make it really hard to do your job!

This is because: High connections and success + woman = sacrificed family for career. That tells you something about what values they have; conservative girls will almost always prioritize their family over their career. The only way a female CEO candidate can possibly justify her sacrifice in her own head is to embrace super nihilistic woke power games. They are almost always sociopaths and scum.

Pregnancy requires time off work. This inevitably slows down a woman's career. Men don't have this slowdown during their wife's pregnancy so they can continue to build connections and perform at 100%.
