a lot of the gay community is pretty damn degenerate but trust me, there's some gay people like myself who try to be normal people just living our lives to mind our own damn business. I feel like I only have to make my attraction for the same sex known because I have to explain where I'm coming from lol.
I don't really believe in religion, I think there could be a god but I feel like the biggest thing Christianity has mostly right is most of the morals it has. For me that's just to be the best person I can be. People use religion to create a superiority complex/righteousness.
Also don't forget about
Matthew 7:1-3
to me that would imply you shouldn't judge people on their sins because of your own. That's the issue I have with religion is everyone has sin, beyond "The Original Sin" but beyond the 10 commandments/7 deadly sins how are other sins worse than another?
I'm big on the whole "Mind your damn business" kind of thing. lol
A lot of the Trans community is far more degenerate, and I am Trans myself, welcome to the club where we are lumped in with the mentally ill and enslaved.
My point of view on this: I'm agnostic (siding a bit toward belief). I know The Bible (at least the NT) pretty well. It's clear The Bible has something against homosexuality.
It does not tell you how to fix that problem though, other than repent. I'm not sure what that means.
I remember a preacher had the best advice I've ever heard anyone give: Take your cross and carry it. That means, if you are homosexual, you need to resist the temptation and seek a straight relationship instead.
I know that sounds insane. Hear me out on this:
I'm not even sure there is a God or not. I do know 99.9% there is no eternal torture (the whole concept of Hell is a huge misunderstanding).
BUT if I were to believe that God was going to punish me, and I were straight (as I am) but the Bible said sleeping with a woman was a sin, and that I needed to sleep with a guy instead, or I was damned forever, I sure as fuck would be stroking the next guy I could get.
If I had to do that, I could live with it.
Now if you're not religious, then it doesn't matter.
There are no sins that are greater than another. The Bible says “The wages of sin is death...” Romans 6:23. God measures sin equally. But He gave you the choice to make. Either you pick death (continue living in sin) or you accept The free gift of Righteousness in Christ, it costs you only giving your life to Jesus. The best part is you come as you are and let Him transform you, it’s between you and Him.
Too many Christians have been quiet for too long in this country, hence why we are in the crap situation we are in. We were always told to “Mind our own business.” Well frankly I’m tired of that. I’ve seen God heal people, I’ve seen a God change the hearts of atheists. I’ve seen how good God really is and I want people to know how much He loves them. I’m sorry if you have had bad examples of Christians in your life, I apologize for them not representing King Jesus well. Hope you can at least take time to genuinely seek Him.
I think the media just acts that way. I don't think even in most liberal states fathers would be happy if their sons grew up to be sodomites. Perhaps what occurred was mass-desensitation and facade?
Homosexuality is degenerate and also a sin. Everyone retreated on that.

I do like that idea, I may have to attend a pride event basically telling them to stfu lol
I want do that too, but I pass so well I would be assaulted by Leftists. Kaitlyn Bennet gets attacked, it makes me shudder.
"He who is without sin shall cast the first stone."
its actually "let him who is without sin cast the first stone"
Jesus told it to a mob who was going to stone a prostitute? to death (not sure about the offender)
What is it that they say about emotions? ;)

Blessings to you fellow pede!
Non believers retreated on that. Believers who opposed should have kept loving them while they disagreed.

I certainly didn't retreat lol
Whether it's a sin or not, it's gross.
There is nothing "brave" or "empowering" about one man penetrating another man's rectum. It's gross. And gay.
