Same with me, I would hate for people to guess who I really am because it's so popular to be a Trender.

My immediate gut reaction to seeing or hearing about transgenderism is one of disgust. God commands us to love our neighbor, however. So I actively try to make sure the disgust is coming from disliking the actions of an individual (if they are acting poorly) and not hating an entire group of people. It is a great mystery to be solved.
I do not want to hate people, or be disgusted by them. That said, if someone is actively pushing all this on children I will say something. Same goes for any person though, straight, gay, trans, whatever. Children just shouldn't be exposed to sexually-charged ideas/images/etc.
I have personally known one trans person, and I feel for them. I hope my comment did not come off as hateful.

I totally agree that its often a severe mental disorder.
The problem is not inherently the transgenderism, which is a mental disorder that I do not think can be cured.
The problem lies in being prideful of that disorder, and promoting it as an acceptable "choice," especially around children.
