The Surgeon most definitely cannot come up with evidence supporting lawless mask mandates. Pure fraud that he cannot defend if he is made to answer. The White House will respond on 100,000 signatures.
Yeah, usually petitions don't do anything but they have nowhere to go on answering this one, except either obviously doing all this even knowing they have no evidence OR coming out and admitting masks don't work. Put them in that position.

Only a few months ago, medical experts including Dr Fauci and Surgeon General Adams stated publicly that masks were ineffective against spread of COVID-19 and should not be worn by the public. This agreed with all peer-reviewed scientific evidence as of that date. Masks have been widely mandated, without legislation, since that time despite no new evidence of efficacy being presented.
Surgeon General Adams is requested to review all published peer-reviewed evidence on mask efficacy and possible harm to the user, on whether COVID-19 is substantially emitted by the breath of asymptomatic individuals, and whether death rates and percentage deaths due to respiratory illness have fallen back to non-emergency levels, and to recommend against mandatory mask use if supporting evidence is lacking.
