Yesterday, I was disappointed to see the only available cashier at my favorite neighborhood grocery store sporting a BLM mask (note, I think management later got to them and told them to knock it off). This got me thinking though, in this situation what would be the ideal counter message? I ordered an It's okay to be white mask as soon as I got home, but I wanted to bounce the idea off you fine folks. It's IOTBW the best counter message to BLM? If anyone brought it up, my thoughts were to say "Oh, I thought we were all wearing masks with redundant messages on them today. Ofc black lives matter, just like it is obviously okay to be white."
