The centipede means that any company with a diversity policy should be avoided like the China virus. The diversity policy is the one item you should use to scratch a company off your list of potential employers. K?
If you want a tech job that’s non-cucked, you have to go for smaller businesses and get more into general support at a local level.
Anything public sector or large scale is cucked. I worked for a great small-medium company that highly valued conservative values, but now that the president retired, it’s getting less emphasis put on individual responsibility to cater to the crappy employees, which of course will lead to more regulation within the job.
IMO, if you can get into MSP work for small businesses rurally, you could start your own business and do pretty well. My suggestions for that though would be to have a strong culture document from the get go that emphasizes non-cucked values, and stick to them! Don’t let crappy workers get away with it or they poison the company.
some fund raisers require you take an equity pledge...
but other than that yes making your own business is one of the few options, granted you can self fund.
