you're just lucky you're someplace stores wont kick you out for not wearing one or you wont be fined. they're just not obeying Andrew then. people are quickly running out of options on where to be mask free because it's not just the authorities imposing them, businesses are doing it on their own either out of fear they could face problems from the authorities or because too many of their patrons are whining they dont have a mask policy
Yes they can. The whole "we have the right to refuse service to anyone" is protected by law. Just be prepared to take your business elsewhere should they boot you.

Yes, in upstate NY and have not worn a mask yet, no one has confronted me because by definition they are wimps.
