I enjoy the leisurely pace and relaxing nature of MLB. That being said, within minutes of turning on my first game of the season, I heard an ad for Fox Sports Midwest referring to "Peaceful Protesters". And you're right, I DON'T need professional sports.

They are a wonderful escape from reality, but if I can't get that escape, they have lost their purpose to me.
