He certainly played a role in feeding disinformation to the deep state because he knew they would gobble it up and feed it into the intel community without verifying it. They did the damage but he was involved with producing and sending them the material. It worked out better than he could have possibly imagined. He’s just trying to make his country more powerful and hoping we fight eachother so we will leave him alone.
