Yep, but these are the new guidelines that have to at least be given lip service to because it will enter the standardized tests; it will be looked for on syllabi; it will be in the textbooks; disciplinary guidelines will be revised to match up with restorative justice something, something. You have to go to training seminars about this shit and at least repeat back what they want to hear or else.
