I lost so much weight by just not eating after 8PM and not eating until 11 or 12 AM. Burn fat for energy brahhh!

In otherwords - She is a huge storage capsule of energy!

did you hear about the guy who didn't eat for a year? Just water and vitamin and mineral supplements.

Lost a lot of weight, after a year.

I assume he ate a good amount of protein or at least essention amino acids too
