Google here again. As we continue our mission to provide the best available services to our users, the Google voice service will be temporarily suspended for certain users while we work to launch a new and improved service on November 4th, 2020.
Ironically I use Google Voice for texting so Trump's texts come through no matter what carrier I have. Ha ha thanks Google, I know you must hate that!
