What about white liberals? It seems they are the most traumatized.

White liberals hate whites the worst. Specifically white women liberals. I don't understand what is programming them so extreme.

residue69 19 points ago +19 / -0

Their workload should be increased and their examinations should be made more difficult as a form of reparations.

8
Tour_de_farce 8 points ago +9 / -1

You can cap the W in white at td.win.

10
Keiichi81 10 points ago +10 / -0

I don't capitalize the 'b' in 'black', and it seems silly to me to capitalize the 'w' in 'white'. Those are colors, not races. You can capitalize the 'A' in 'African' and the 'C' in 'Caucasian' if you like because those are place names and that's proper punctuation.

HockeyMom4Trump 5 points ago +5 / -0

Agree.

5
SPEZ_CUPS_CCP_BALLS 5 points ago +5 / -0

They are feeling less traumatized by dropping their pants, bending over and grabbing their ankles and taking it from the black students.

They've had a rough couple weeks ok - words existing, statues existing, syrup bottle lady existing

10

All these things that have existed for decades that they never had issues with, but now are suddenly cripplingly traumatizing for them. Weird.

Every single violent black criminal could have been someone in the workforce. They could have gone to school instead of gangbanging and would have turned out ok. Imagine blaming the system for your own culture's problems.

It's time for people to start suing these fuckers for real racism...

23
techied 23 points ago +23 / -0

Commiefornia's Prop 16 this fall will make sure you can't do that.

But seriously, what a fucking joke this is, this is the definition of racism. You are giving one group of students an advantage based on the COLOR OF THEIR SKIN

By that logic, blacks should never have to work a day in their lives in the UK because some black person is murdered every other second in Africa and Democrat cities in the US.

So this is what universities think of their black students; that they're overgrown children that just aren't capable of resiliency because of their skin color.

8

How pathetic.

Did they offer reduction in work load in 1919? How about after the Second World War? Or didn't those people count?

What do you call the student with the lowest grades in a graduate medical program?

The racism of low expectations.

Just another nail in the coffin of the people who get shoved through a system of affirmative action.

5
PillarOfWisdom 5 points ago +5 / -0

When I hear the so-called "elite" schools like Oxford, Harvard, and others are doing this sort of thing, it is a MAJOR strike against anyone who graduates or as graduated from there. I'm a hiring manager and I will not hire one of them.

4
RobbStarksHead 4 points ago +4 / -0

Oxford is a place where you can't clap, because it triggers the kind of people they admit there. I think that says all we need to know about the value of that degree.

5
assault_art 5 points ago +5 / -0

Imagine feeling traumatized because an armed-house-robber died of a heart attack at the hands of the police.

2

Can I not pay my property taxes this year? My grandma died because she was in a nursing home with no visitors for months and got depressed and gave up. I am traumatized. Where is my special consideration.

3
ParaMount33 3 points ago +3 / -0

I wouldn't doubt something like this happening but could a source please be posted? I need this as ammo towards some lib family members but without a source it's not very useful

Spez: Found it https://inews.co.uk/news/education/oxford-university-black-students-traumatised-george-floyd-killing-workload-exams-446685

3

'special consideration'.

3
molonlabe9 3 points ago +3 / -0

It would be interesting to contrast this against their bereavement policy. I bet they don't do this for you if a family member had passed away.

edit: I just recalled that my grandma died suddenly when I was in third grade. My mom told me in the morning before school, and I still had to go to school that day. Just an example of how we were taught to survive and thrive. Ain't always easy.

2
HockeyMom4Trump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oxford (as well as sister schools like Cambridge) largely rely on their name for recognition and glory - not on the actual results they produce when compared to other world leaders. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still a global powerhouse in the education system, but your average PhD grad from Oxford is likely not as well read or knowledgeable on their field as your average PhD grad from an American top tier school (MIT, Harvard, etc.). The two systems are just different (largely because of graduate education structuring) and while it’s undeniably prestigious to go there; if there were to ever be some sort of test or debate on XYZ field to compare and contrast general knowledge and ability to perform under all topics and areas that encompass the main headline topic, I’d put money on the American-system grad (some Harvard PhD) out performing the UK-system grad (some Oxford PhD) near every time.

That’s Issue 1 with these top tier UK schools. Issue 2 would be exactly what we’re seeing right now - a coddling of the students and a push over administration - which feeds directly into Issue 1 and is what caused the difference in graduate structuring in the first place.

1

This coddling actually harms the students more because it reinforces victimhood as acceptable.

1
meepstone 1 point ago +1 / -0

Couldn't the university be sued and obviously lose the lawsuit for letting only Black students get this special treatment?

It's based on race alone. Seems illegal?

Just remember this the next time you see a black professional. They're given everything and didn't earn it.

1
TurdFerguson 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is going to backfire hard once employers catch on to the fact that they graduated without doing the same work as others.

White students need to apply as well and DEMAND these special considerations due to the trauma of their internalized guilt as they assess and address their white privilege.
