No the Black Cube she's referring to is a very shady private enterprise owned by Jules Kroll. His son Nick Kroll was on The League and has enjoyed some success as a comedic actor on tv. You'd probably recognize his face if you look him up. The Black Cube described here is believed to be a private security/private investigator outfit used by ultra affluent Hollywood types to do their dirtywork. I hadn't seen their name since the days on r/conspiracy where they were discussed occasionally. Very murky organization rumored to have ties to Mossad and/or CIA.
