No idea, but I can't see that of Dr Pepper. They used to have Dr Pepper gum, which was cinnamon gum with cherry syrup inside. It was very close to the taste.
Red bull tastes like Mountain Dew, grapefruit juice, and the sugar on sour gummy candy (or extra vitamin C).
