It's too bad martial law can't be declared. Even if the Constitutional criteria were met, you know the 9th Liberal Court of Block Trump would have a say on it. These are not "peaceful protesters" or even "protesters" they are agitators, subversives, rioters... Something needs to be done, but what? We all know this is the start of the next civil war, and it will not be fought like the last, with 2 armies facing across a battle field. It will be fought like in Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan.
