From a purely accelerationist point of view, ANTIFA members (or sympathetic crazies) hunting down and murdering federal agents would give the feds all the justification they need to escalate crackdowns against the communist traitors.
Personally, I don't think ANTIFA has the guts to engage in big boy revolutionary tactics.
I don't think so either. I think they're trying to instigate a Kent State type incident; and the math works out like this: if I'm out there with 2,000 other people, my chances of getting shot when the line is crossed is meh; about equivalent to dying from coronavirus so why not.
They are throwing doxx out there in the hopes that someone else does something. These are white college kids with trust funds and hopeful job prospects--provided they don't catch any felonies. They have a lot to lose, and little to gain from attacking federal officers. This is why you don't really see any substantial resistance from these protesters. At the moment, these riots are mainly upper class kids blowing off steam, and the cops are--more or less--treating it as such.
If BLM and ANTIFA had a significant number of tradespeople and factory workers among their ranks, then these would be serious riots with the possibility of devolving into a civil war.
One thing to watch out for is the upcoming eviction crisis. If the economy doesn't get back on track, or the government doesn't financially support people throughout the pandemic, there is a potential for apocalyptic civil unrest. Being homeless and starving is the sort of thing that could unite a large portion of Americans of disparate political backgrounds under a marxist banner whose slogan is "from each according their means, to each according to their need."
One thing Marx was right about is that proletarian attempts at revolution are inevitable in a society whose economy is based on unfettered capitalism. The rich do have to throw the proles a bone every now and then so that they don't starve.
But they create a myriad of situations, where feds can make mistakes. Thats what they want then they have a justification to continue. Thats their hope, and they are willing to "sacrifice" one of their own for this...
But even if they would kill several agents, the left would just claim it was an accident or even that it is a lie... they would cut the footage to fit the narrative.
Mistakes? Feds killing antifag thugs or BLM terrorists or any rioters is NOT a mistake. It’s what should have been done from the start. I hope it happens. And I hope the American people start standing up to these fucking cockroaches.

Antifa's advantage was that the majority of the media and a number of politicians in the Democrat party were willing to spin the situation and make it seem like peaceful protestors were moments away from facing a modern Kent State situation.
