Yeah but these aren't usual times, so I'm sort of disgusted with "politics as usual." I'm sure that the aim is just what you said, but to my mind, the price is much too high... allowing millions of us out here to wave in the wind suffering under tyrants.

Biden has been pinning this election on this pandemic and using it to his advantage. The longer people think Trump is doing a terrible job with this pandemic the better chance he has of winning. Trump has to stop the bleeding..he did not demand or mandate wearing the mask just recommended it. In a weird sort of way maybe if he encourages it...the Dems/left will say we don't need to wear a mask..they always do the opposite of what he says. lol

There is a vocal minority of suburban moms who are so petrified of the virus, and they scream the loudest to the city council, the school board, etc etc.... it makes it seem like they're the majority. They aren't. "Suburban moms" is usually code for "white moms" when lefties say it by the way. White women voted majority Trump.
The problem is I imagine they are just going to repeat what they said before, that its too little, too late, he should have mandated it from on high months ago, etc, etc. So I don't see how this is going to help.
