If Nancy Pelosi is third is line for the presidency... can she be federally charged for treason for basically starting the impeachment and fighting trump in front of the media? (media.patriots.win)

2nd in line btw. Pence is first in line. Trump's not in line to be president. But I suppose the reason it's not considered a conflict of interest is due to the fact the VP would become president; now if both were impeached at the same time then I don't see how that could ever be justified.
