I have lived in Portland before, never long but I am very familiar with the city. It got really bad before the riots. The homeless were getting angry and violent. Lots of drugs, lots of stupid NPC's, just a sense of dread and impending doom. I got out just in time to avoid COVID. I couldn't imagine being there with the riots. Stay safe and God bless Fren!
