At least where I live, it used to be illegal to gather while masked because of the KKK. Now, we all have to wear masks by executive decree. I know it's hard to believe, but just rioting in general was illegal. Organizing to commit violence against the public was considered terrorism. Even mentioning violence over the internet was so verbotten that I personally know people that got in trouble for shitposting.
The Cov-Cath kid thing should have ended with a bunch of people in prison for years by KY law. The Antifa organizers should have already been imprisoned on federal charges, mostly conspiracy. BLM should have been brought down years ago on RICO charges.
And no, this is all actually incredibly popular even with the milquetoast fence-sitters at this point (which is why they all helped vote in these laws over the past 30 years). Literally the only people that are against this are the Communists hoping for their "revolution" and the Progressives hoping to use the stupid Commies to gain power.
