I’ve been making a concerted effort to buy made in America. It’s been great!
Some stuff is SUPER easy to find, such as shipping supplies, honestly haven’t found any not made in America. But some stuff is hard, like camping equipment. Although interesting enough, some companies, like Glacier, do both Chinese and American manufacturing depending on the product or line. For example all of their sleep bags are made in China, except their lower temperature tolerant bags are made in the US.
Also I picked up a Maglite, and it’s the brightest and best flashlight I have ever had. Way better than those “10,000 lumen ultra bear LED” flashlights that come out of China. Maglites are so bright you can almost go blind looking at what you are Illuminating lol
There are many cottage vendors making camping gear in the USA. Not all from domestic fabrics, but design and labor are USA. You also get small shop customer service and often the ability to custom order.
I too have been boycotting anything made in Chyna. I am gladly able to spend more, and I do, and I enjoy items that last longer and support my local economy to the best of my abilities.
Look on the bottom of mugs before you buy, please buy American functional
China is asshoe!!!!
Is there a resource I can use to find stuff made in America?
Nevermind, found it by looking at the old thread:

If you find any more, please post them!
