I got a promotion at work so I went to Nordstrom Rack to get some new threads...walk in, they offer me a mask at the door I say no thanks I’m ok. Pick some clothes out, walk up to the cashier and it’s an overweight 50 year old lady with grey hair, mask and gloves on. She says where’s your mask I said I’m ok and she rolls her eyes. I said “Did you just roll your eyes? What’s with the attitude?” She says nothing the rest of the transaction. I said have a nice day. Could have snapped on this lady and made a huge scene but I thought ya know I’m excited and celebrating and she’s not gonna ruin it and also I felt I acted more mature in that situation than someone who could’ve been my mom.

I was recently in NC where they have mandatory mask policy. I saw plenty of people not wearing one.
Yeah, it’s as if the cashier thinks in her head that all of these customers (sheeple) are on her side but actually you’re enforcing them to wear a mask to shop there right when they walk in the door. I emphasize religious because I tend to find those that are non religious usually fall for the fake science scare mongering the hardest. Fructose has to be processed by your liver unlike glucose which is available in your blood as energy once it's absorbed by your small intestine. If, when your liver wants to convert fructose into glucose/glycogen/lactose, it has nowhere to store the glycogen, it stores the fructose as fat.

Every g of carbs requires 5g of water to hold onto. Carbs will bloat and inflame you so much that if you're a big guy you piss away 5-10lbs of water in your first couple weeks of low carb.
I hear people in my own family, healthy ones that is, will say in response to my "Fruit is nature's candy" and "sugar is sugar is carbs at the end of the day" will say "but berries are high in anti inflamatories" ok but if you eat a tonne of berries you consume sugar which inflames you. Don't consume inflamatories to begin with don't need inflamatories. The grip sugar has on our society is insane that even natural sugar is seen as healthy.
Also apparently low carb you need less Vitamin C and Calcium as it's easier to absorb somehow, not sure ont hat last one.

I was born a Type 1 Diabetic, which means I need to manually maintain my metabolism by injecting myself with insulin dosages, based on my blood glucose level.
This means I need to watch everything I eat, including the calories of the milk I add to my morning coffee. Hell, I even know how many calories are in 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper (1.5 calories).
I run for an hour each morning and I am slim and healthy.
I'm playing life on hard-mode and I'm winning.

I know a Type 1 diabetic that was told that if she had a child the kid would surely die or at the very best be afflicted with that terrible disease as well and likely suffer incredibly, so she should just abort it. I'm in Florida and went to Publix yesterday and they are straight up lying to their customers by putting notices up saying you are legally required to wear a mask in the store when there is no law stating such a thing. I went to the PO, which is a much smaller space, and they only recommend masks and are always nice to me even if I'm the only one without a mask on.
I will likely start getting meal kit deliveries and buying anything else online if stores keep this up, lucky to be in that position but I won't wear a mask
