Strategically wouldn't it make sense to take the Cape Region and refuse to trade with the new Eastern Country and let them try to sort things until they come begging back to the Boers. Zimbabwe is trying to get its White farmers back and South Africa is big enough that it can Balkanize as a strategy to win back the entire region.
