Always had busts of Washington and Lincoln in his office and taught my siblings and I to love and help others.

Hard work privilege. Good parents privilege.

Thanks for reading this, and never apologize for the hard work of your families and ancestors.

Your Dad sounds like an amazing legendary human being. You are so blessed to have been born to him, and inspired by him. My condolences for your immeasurable loss.

Never apologise for the privilege your hard working parents and grand parents gave you. Teach that to your kids as well.

If you had no privilege right now, what is it you would be doing? Working hard to build up the privilege. What else could you do other than that? So why should it be smeared as a bad thing? Its a wonderful thing. Every person should work towards that and earn that privilege to their kids.

Don't let people make you feel guilty for what rightfully belongs to you.

Thanks for the comment, he was amazing.

And he hated virtue signalling protestors...

In the late 90s there was a local controversy over a new strip club in a neighboring town.

A group of moms was protesting the strip club on the sidewalk with signs and chants.

My dad slowed down the car... rolled his window down... and shouted:

“SHOW US YOUR TITS!!!”

My siblings and I were laughing our heads off, Mom was not as thrilled. 🤣

Oh man, he sounds just fantastic. Its that kind of social courage to speak your mind that we are completely losing. My dad was so uptight when I was growing up, I can't even imagine him doing anything like that! If there was a strip club in our way, he would have probably ask me to close my eyes, lol. He has changed a lot over the years and is pretty cool now. I really worry about my parents because they live all alone back home, during these crazy times.

Please share more anecdotes of your dad if that is alright. I would love to hear more stories.
