What do people do when they are getting too riled up? They step outside to cool off, also known as taking a break.

Benefits:

Forcing a week long break to reduce the potency of chemical measures will make it harder for them to regain footholds, and it will give the locals (and the rest of the country) plenty of time to look at what is left behind in the wake of these riots. How much of the riot strategy involves locking out actual journalists? They make it so dangerous only their friends get in and actually see. Trust me on this, when they finally leave, the devastation will be absolutely phenomenal. Like "Downtown in an Indian City of 11 million" bad.

This would be a legal way for extended OCCUPATION ATTEMPTS to be shut down safely. It seems like the choices are do almost nothing or massacre, with only a few types of added methods in between.

A framework that everyone knows will show how dedicated these Antifa fuckwits actually are. They have to be dedicated enough to come back and continue after a pause, so they know exactly what staying weeks will cost them.
