Judicial Watch is currently suing the DC mayor over this. He requested to paint "No one is above the law" on DC streets, since they're now a valid forum for public expression. They gave him the runaround for a month and wouldn't grant him a permit, so now DC is being sued for a pretty open-and-shut case of violating the First Amendment.
They should still allow MAGA 2020 for the same amount of time BLM was painted on there.
