Unfortunately, a lot of private businesses have their own policies, and they'll just trespass you...which is a worse offense than violating mask policy.

Have you been charged? My understanding is there is basically zero enforcement. I highly doubt it will even become a legal issue--the most likely outcome is fending off an army of vocal private citizens
The order lands more on businesses than individuals. You might be asked to leave or trespassed, but you'd have to go out of your way to get the cops involved. If you're keen on civil disobedience, you might try it at businesses you don't need in your life. Alternatively, malicious compliance works. Don't get the legal system involved without a plan.
