What the hell is wrong with these people?

739
Afrikaner_Vrystaat 739 points ago +742 / -3

If this isn't a 1776 moment I don't know what is. The government persecuting citizens for self defense and then falsifying evidence because they have nothing to work with.

It's horrifying.

I know cops in nyc that are all in for the boog

230
Afrikaner_Vrystaat 230 points ago +231 / -1

No kidding. They've been hit the worst. Fuck the democrats and their identity politics. They have become a threat to every law abiding american citizen.

100
MrBlack 100 points ago +102 / -2

They're also the only ones who can reasonably get a firearm.

2
HonestBobbin 2 points ago +4 / -2

What? Did I just understand that Democrats are the only ones that can reasonably get a firearm or is that a misunderstanding of what you said?

Did I miss some article if I understood what your said?

9

Think he’s referring to cops in NYC being the only ones - not sure on specifics but I’d guess gun laws are strict there.

3

Sullivan act. Passed to keep guns out of the hands of the rabble immigrating from Ireland I think it was at the time...

Then why did they arrest the proud boys?

35

I’m not sure when these guys got on board or what their involvement in any of that Bs was.

35
Troll 35 points ago +36 / -1

Well that's good to hear that cops are willing to protect Americans. It's just hard to take any NYPD cop seriously because of that until I see something myself.

Maybe you could float the idea that they should be rescued in said boog?

42
WhitePowerRanger 42 points ago +44 / -2

Hard to take them seriously after they knelt for the criminals

23

they didn't all kneel

if our chinese friend Bu Gwai Liu comes to visit the cops and military wont be a monolithic force that side 100% with one group or the other. the political divide is there just like it is everywhere else.

6
CuomoisaMassMurderer 6 points ago +6 / -0

Have you ever seen when our government gamed the possibility of civil uprising? Short version: half our military joins us and takes as much equipment as possible. We follow their lead, beginning with destroying massive infrastructure which is to our advantage. this begins with the power grids. It doesn't decrease our effectiveness but cripples theirs. They expect at least 30% of our population to join in, armed and rebelling against the government.

They are scared shitless of us, and want no part of this. They aren't playing a poker faced bluff, they have been taken over, and not really by China but by those who own the central banks of the world. This includes some Chinese people.

Our real problem is we have no plan, and we're up against sick fucks who have been planning for 107 years. Other than that we have every advantage, and unlike the "gamed" situation we aren't up against our own government. Unless we wait for them to fraudulently steal the election, announce the fraudulent winners, and only try to act after that. Our position would be horribly weakened then. We need to secure assurances of a fair election well before November.

I used to read comments like this and think people who say that are crazy. Then I did a little research and found out it’s true. I think the distinction needs to be made that it’s not really the jew next door or the friendly neighbor you have, it’s the jew you’ve never met or heard of that literally runs everything and is responsible for everything you know down to the smallest bit of info you think is truth. And what makes it more crazy is that it’s been going on for centuries. It might be the hardest red pill to swallow but once you do, it answers so many questions and really does explain the upside down world of today.

For those of you doubters, consider for a moment which group is absolutely off limits to criticism. It’s the group that runs it all, controls your media, writes your textbooks, wrote the history you think happened, etc. They are the puppet master making all of this happen.

I have multiple friends who are Jewish by blood, and they just kinda shrug and smirk when I bring it up (in bros fucking with bros fashion). The Powers That Be, the Influencers, the Globalists, the international bankers, it's Jews, man. Yeah, Nazi Germany, fucked up, but Hitler didn't just 'bigot out,' he was goaded. The 'Jewry', ' a term no longer used, literally declared war on Germany BEFORE WW2. Look it up, it happened. It made international headlines. A group of Jewish bankers said 'we're gonna fuck Germany, they said it PUBLICALLY, when Germany's currency was already shit because of the terrible post - ww1 treaty, and THEN Germany wiled out. Jews didn't deserve genocide, but THE JEWRY is not blameless. The winners write the history books, yo.

8
Lady_MaGa 8 points ago +11 / -3

That one comment.. "Innocent until rigged guilty" got to me. Had something like that happen in my life, but I overcame that bullshit.

6
CROMAGA 6 points ago +13 / -7

Anything is possible. I kinda appreciate the Jewish people for their ability to stick together and take care of their own. If only we could collectively do the same. When’s the last time you saw a Jewish homeless person?

"single sheep dog" = those who own the Fed, BIS, IMF, all the central banks around the world, big pharma, MSM, and wield undue influence over academia. Not a single person, and this circle of influence has been replaced many times since 1913. I realized this state of affairs in 1990, and immediately began trying to redpill. Only in recent months are masses waking up to this grim reality. When We the People finally do the right thing, DJT will be proud to see it. How many times has he told us that he can't drain the swamp and MAGA all by himself? But we do need to plan. Seeing 600+ updoots for the above post is a good sign. We all need to agree on what "doing the right thing" means. So far the consensus of opinion here is that when it's bigig glue time, "we will know." That's not a plan. And we're up against people who have been planning for 107 years. We have every other advantage, but failure to plan is planning to fail.

2
HonestBobbin 2 points ago +3 / -1

I might suggest demanding all communist minded small town city council members/mayor's be called out & get on track to remove them.

I have been disgusted by the push for high capacity housing & forced fee payments for services not wanted or rendered by city/town governments in rural areas. Honest day to day working citizens simply don't see a need to be the one who is on the council or being the mayor. Though if Soros (or affiliates) are buying off/paid for AGs campaigns in multiple states, is it really unlikely they have paid for small town campaigns to encourage policy that would benefit/support anti constitutional movements? I never considered it before tonight, but the crap local cities are attempting to force on citizens in rural Utah is disgusting & they have made it clear citizens simply won't vote the right way if a vote is put up for these communist leaning ideas.

If we correct our local reps & make certain that the positions are filled with individuals who refuse the BS that Soros like agendas push, then we are likely to keep the rural areas with the support of good law enforecment/military & we can push the evil bastards out of the cities as well with good & war experienced leadership via our vets/military that will support this cause. Though if local leaders are focused on bigger government/increasing citizen burdens, then rural USA will end up fighting in the small towns first before pushing back into the larger cities with is likely to lead to many more deaths.

Those are just some brain storming thoughts.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +4 / -1

You raise the issue Biden did, about forcing low cost housing into good areas. Reminds me of school bussing and desegregation. Kinda, but way worse. We could be juvenile delinquents and blow their shit up, and act like Wolverines and set up a trap with superior numbers. I'd rather avoid all that mess, but it doesn't sound like you get that option. I know of one building like that, just outside the State Capitol. Basically it's rural / farmland very close to our Capitol, and then a big drastic change. This is somewhat outside the current edge of urban sprawl, but not like out in the middle of nowhere. Now I have to try to find out how many Officials in my Capitol are Soros plants

I have 5 sons, all very young. A wife. All of whom I support. I know for a fact if I even civilly spoke out against blm and supported Trump on social media etc I could be fired. Not just fired but probably doxxed and blacklisted from getting another job.

Exactly. I'm in a similar boat myself. As long as we have the luxury of remaining silent and keeping our jobs we are going to continue doing nothing.

I'm as guilty of this as anyone. The truth is things are simply not that bad yet to put it all on the line.

6
Averon 6 points ago +7 / -1

I'm probably not as well versed on history as I should be, but sometimes I wonder about the revolutionary war. What really kicked it off? Yeah I know shot heard around the world etc, but why were they standing up to the British to begin with? How bad was it? Were people still able to comfortably feed their families and it was just about accepting no tyranny at all? Or did the British make it so hard on the Americans that they couldn't make a living and there was no choice but to rebel? If those same people, Washington, Hitchcock etc were living in this day, would they have already rebelled? Or would they be passive as long as they were able to fed their families? Are we Americans today just weaklings compared to our ancestors or would or ancestors be behaving the same way in our situation?

14
Isolated_Patriot 14 points ago +14 / -0

Simple. They were actually expected to physically hand over the tax money.

Now it gets 'deducted' from our checks and never actually sits in the hand. Far more Americans would be a lot more pissed off with the government if we were still expected to pay taxes in cash.

9
Jubal777 9 points ago +10 / -1

Let's try to keep some perspective. The road to 1776 didn't start on July 1, 1776. In fact it didn't even start in 1776. It took years of lobbying by some of the greatest orators in history to persuade even some of the men who would go on to become our founding fathers that action was needed at all. Even then they didn't want revolution, they wanted redress. It took Lexington and Concorde for them to come around to independence. We shouldn't be looking for our modern George Washingtons, instead we should be looking for our Patrick Henry. We need troublemakers and rabble-rousers far far more than we need generals. It's too bad there are so few of that sort on our side.

5

The past 30 days have been a red flag for everyone.

If you aren't locked and loaded, with extra food and supplies. You better get that way.

32
badorangeman 32 points ago +32 / -0

I've got food supplies for months, but I need to get loaded. Going to purchase a reloader so that I can make bullets on my watch instead of hoping for Federal to get off their ass and open another plant.

6
kornesque 6 points ago +6 / -0

Figure out what you'll be rolling and buy components QUICK. Loading supplies are getting harder to source than mfr ammo.

Be well pede.

5
spezisacuckold 5 points ago +7 / -2

What’s the easiest way to make ammunition? It would be so cool if we could 3D print the majority of bullets.

18
badorangeman 18 points ago +18 / -0

Buy a Dillon Precision reloading press and the correct die set for your desired cartridge. Buy lots of smokeless powder and tens of thousands of primer cartridges so you'll never run out. Either buy complete bullets or cast your own bullets with a bullet cast using lead scrap. Voila, you will never run out of ammo.

Here is Hickok45's setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irC3NuIKDm4

9
kornesque 9 points ago +9 / -0

Buy lots of desicant packs and moisture proof containers to store your bang material in, keep it in a safe, dry location.

5
wiombims 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is my biggest problem too. The weight of ammunition is an issue as well but keeping everything dry and safe is a pain. It increases the cost of all my ammo by about 30ish%. I'd say half but some of that benefits the guns.

It's not going to be some Antifa thugs or NATO troops coming to confiscate your firearms some day. No, it will be local police just following orders so they can keep their pensions.

The corrupt prosecutor is targeting this family to send a message to all gun owners. To scare them all into submission. When the mayor and prosecutor are corrupt, then the police dept becomes corrupt too because there are plenty who will just follow orders no matter how wrong those orders are.

16

I agree, at the very least. This is a form of Warfare. When a caveman ran at another caveman to punch him to death, the defending caveman had to at least punch back, if not hit him in the head with a rock. Now when a caveman runs at a civilized human with leaked information as to how you can most easily kidnap and murder their children, we need to stop pretending that they are our equals. They are not. They are still cavemen who are trying to kill us. Sharpen a fucking Mammoth Bone and FIGHT BACK.

I think you're missing the point. If the law is such that there is no legal difference between a firearm that is operable and one that can be readily made operable, then they have a viable argument that what they did is not evidence tampering.

10
DastardlyDouchebag 10 points ago +10 / -0

That’s all part of the process baby. I took a digital forensics class and the importance emphasized on documenting EVERY step of the way was very significant. If you skip any step, you can basically ruin the case, like they did in the Casey Anthony case...

3
JohnCocktoasten 3 points ago +3 / -0

My understanding is that's standard procedure. Crime labs carefully document everything and will repair or reassemble a gun brought in as evidence so it can be test fired and the bullet and casing compared against evidence databases. Bad guys sometimes try to destroy their weapons after a crime.

Also, most guns are fired by the manufacturer to verify function before sale, so there's no easy way to tell if the gun was or wasn't fired after sale.

That said, I'm 100% against the bullshit prosecution of the McCloskeys and the prosecution better fucking not claim the gun was deadly at the time of the incident.

PinochetIsMyHero 7 points ago +7 / -0

Doesn't matter if the weapon was hot or not,

If by "hot" you mean "operable", that is a required element of the crime that they are being charged with. While I personally think that that is strange, it is the actual text of the law, so if the gun was nonfunctional, then they cannot be convicted of it -- and the DA knows this.

So, the charge would have to be dropped if the gun was demonstrably nonfunctional.

6
bixnood 6 points ago +6 / -0

Hence the evidence tampering.

3
thallos 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think he's saying it doesn't matter morally. The law shouldn't even make it a crime if it was operable.

But you're right it does matter practically speaking in this case.

5
sunnyingreenfield 5 points ago +5 / -0

11
LibertyLawyer 11 points ago +11 / -0

While I would agree that the judiciary has experienced politicization, it's worth noting here that Trump had appointed over 200 federal judges as of recently. That's huge and the best thing Trump has done yet. (I believe he had even tipped the federal judiciary as a whole to 7/12 republican appointees, not to mention what he's done with the 9th Circ(us))

So if the state or state officials are sued in federal court, there's a decent chance they'll run into a judge who actually dispassionately applies the law.

Plus like Memebomber said, the trial would be in front of a jury unless the plaintiff chose a bench trial.

-2
MuadDon -2 points ago +1 / -3

What does 200 judges do in the face of a wholly corrupted federal govt? If the case is that important, squeezing one human to get a desired result is a cakewalk. I'd guess half of them will fold for 30 pieces of silver. Go with a threat and 100% will fall in line. Why battle for what's right when the entire system no longer cares? The only future where those judges matter at all is if we take back the corrupt system.

4
LibertyLawyer 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sure, corruption is dangerous and ultimately if the system is rotten then it has the possibility to fail on a fundamental level.

But that doesn't mean I won't still be happy to see Trump making progress with the judiciary anyhow, though. Federal judges are uniquely situated, thanks to the Constitution, to be resistant to outside forces of corruption. That absolutely doesn't mean corruption happen (it does) and there aren't really awful activist judges (there are), but there's so much to be pessimistic and angry about in 2020 that it's nice to point out the good things sometimes.

California and NYPD LEOs are the worst. They are commies who do this shit all the time to take away our guns.

There was a court case where a dirty cop tried to take someone's gun away in a parking lot after he just bought it claiming that it wasn't being stored correctly.

We need good cops to fire the commies.

They were more clever than me with this stunt. My idea when this first happened, was that they should remove firing pins after the fact to claim the weapons were just props.

What they did was better. They gave the pistol to their lawyer, with all the pieces there, assembled in a way that prevents the gun from firing. Spring was forward of the firing pin instead of behind.

That's diabolically clever. Because it's bait. They knew the gun would be "broken down" and reassembled. It was reassembled in proper correct working order.

That's a serious crime. Falsifying evidence.

7
Scroon 7 points ago +8 / -1

Thought the same thing. It's a genius move, and the entire reason it works in this case is because the gun was never actually fired and nobody was hurt.

They're being prosecuted for the perception of danger -- which is bullshit. Perceptions can be wrong, and the internal misassembly is being used to show this.

The tampering with the evidence by the DA is just icing on the cake.

Thank God they're defense lawyers.

4
stonepony 4 points ago +4 / -0

If the forensics police officer who examined the weapon doesn't do the right thing, and come forward and tell the truth about the weapon being inoperable, then I have no sympathy for them when the DA throws them under the buss.

6
Mursenary 6 points ago +6 / -0

That's actually pretty smart. It'd be on the state to prove the gun was operable before being collected and entered into evidence and it was altered by the prosecution to make it operable.

5
stonepony 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yep, that's why they handed the pistol over to the lawyer. The pistol was the one being pointed at people. The lawyer probably recorded video disassembling the gun, after disabling the gun.

And good for them. IMHO.

2
Linespaced 2 points ago +2 / -0

Isn't this grounds for a federal investigation given the DA publicly stated they would throw the book at them and now this law enforcement agency breaks the law to get it done? This is a clear conspiracy between multiple agencies to deprive citizens on their civil rights. The ACLJ and ACLU (fat chance) should be involved. If I was these lawyers and knew they were breaking law to get me I'd be laughing all the way to the bank. There's going to be major penalties to pay for this once it's over.
