When are politicians going to realize that these special interest groups and their protestS are not a reflection of their constituents wants or needs but rather groups of spoiled adults acting out like spoiled children? The primary purpose of government is to maintain law and order and you cannot do that without police! It’s really pretty simple... these demands are at best unrealistic and at worst irrational.
