Korean here. It's very easy - Koreans put noticeable effort into their hair. Other Asian men largely don't. Koreans also have this weird sheeplike tendency to all wear the same kind of clothes, especially shoes - those sneakers with ridiculously fat soles are trending these days.

Korean here. It's very easy - Koreans put noticeable effort into their hair. Other Asian men largely don't. Koreans also have this weird sheeplike tendency to all wear the same kind of clothes, especially shoes - those sneakers with ridiculously fat soles are trending these days.
Definitely not a fan of the fucked up effeminate Kpop culture, though. Given that China is being asshoe, they need to Make Korea Asian Prussia again.

If you live in a country near Asia, then you can usually tell from facial structures alone. The eyes are also a bit different, but obviously with race-mixing it will be hard to tell a korean with chinese roots versus someone from China.
Next is mannerisms, fashion, demeanor and overall behaviour. This can be called racist or whatever. But yes culture does create stereotypes. If you follow Korean culture, you'd notice the males like a particular type of haircut that covers their foreheads. They also tend to be fashionable, but are not into building muscles. I believe this is because their women demographic demands those features, so hey gotta go with the demand.
Next of course is the language and even accent. Obviously dead give away if you have any exposure to asian languages.
Lastly, if you have a good sense of smell, (again i dont mean it as racist), you can smell the difference. Koreans love kimchi, and Chinese love their chinese food. There is nothing wrong with this. I love their foods. You are what you eat though. Same with Indian food, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese etc.

Anyone w/ half a brain can make the distinction b/w Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. I myself have had tons of experience with three of the four ethnicities because the Gulf Coast States have welcomed tons of refugees from all those areas for the past SIX DECADES.
