Is it possible that anesthesia, in addition to Biden's dementia, gave him a false memory?

CPR. You hold the mouth closed and breathe into their nose, then release your grip and allow the air to flow back out, and repeat. With people you normally just pinch the nose and breathe into the mouth, but with babies you can just cover both the nose and mouth at the same time as you breathe in.

The closest I've ever seen was one time we had an unstable nurse who had Munchausen by proxy for a young guy on a 72-hour psych hold because he looked like her dead son. I caught her putting coke up his nose.
