Exactly. MLB simply isn't as relevant in American sports as it used to be, so less people care.

I think they missed an opportunity here.

I think you're right. Baseball is more of a "live" sport. Stand are usually full with families that paid for a ticket, parking, and marked up food. They missed the boat on this.

The commissioner called the world series trophy a "piece of metal" he has been ruining it for years. I hope the NHL sticks with the there will be no kneeling allowed or they just say nothing. I need to watch my hockey man.

It would be funny if they made kneeling a penalty. Start the game in the box, then go to the bench and never get in. It would be called Kaepernick on ice.
