It's the general mentality of women that get them. They're almost always easy, leading to cheating, abortions, STD's etc, that come with promiscuity, and have a whole host of other mental issues.

Is there a small group of women that have them that aren't messed up? Sure. You can find examples for almost anything. In general women with tattoos is a warning sign just like a woman with neon hair or piercings beyond the traditional one in each earlobe.
