You're not wrong, but then again, life is short, and sorrows long. When you're lonely and grumpy at the end of a bad week, it can be nice to have someone warming your bed. We try to be like Christ but it is very tough to get there. Finding a mate to spend your life with is a long and difficult process that can involve repeated failure and disappointment, and it sometimes takes a year to realize it's heading that direction. If we never had sex before accomplishing that task, we'd be 30-year-old virgins and clueless in bed when it comes time to make more conservative babies.
