It's not a 100% thing. Only a strong tendency. And some of us, well, we've had really poor luck pulling that card, leading to a perception that it actually is 100%. In either case, it's usually a wiser choice to pull a better card, one that says "employed, disease-free, and hasn't had 10+ abortions" on the back.
