The lame stream media really blew their load too early when they talked 24-7 about how heavy handed and authoritarian he was when Capitol Police moved the rioters and vandals back a block so he could stand in front of the church that the peaceful protesters had burnt with their peaceful arson.
He let it be known he was willing to help out mayors and governors handle the rioters and arsonists and vandals if they asked for help, and then the virtue signalling idiots let their cities be put to the torch for over a month while their population cowered in fear.
Now they are trying to push their "Trump's Gestapo" narrative when nearly anyone that lives in a big city with any property or a business is wishing that the feds would come in with live rounds.

Chicago needs help, and if their own mayor and city council refuses to do anything - then the federal government has a legal obligation to. Chicago is a Democrat controlled city through and through. Not a single Republican anywhere that has any legislative power. You cannot blame what is happening in Chicago on anyone other than the local leaders in charge. But you don't. You simply refuse to.
