When the ecosystem is no longer dominated by a single player taking up 90% of the signal, smaller players can jump in to fill gaps that people wanted bu t the big player always ignored.
Antitrust lawsuits are notoriously slow. From the time the antitrust lawsuit was filed against Ma Bell until the time the company was broken up 11 years passed.
It certainly adds to their workload and cost. It also opens the door . The 230 section revision is a well timed play. I believe they will be forced to cross the line and expose themselves. The resources required and all the complaints will keep the lights shining in the dark areas
