Campaign Contribution question

When you go to make a contribution there is an option to split the the amount between two entities:

  1. Trump Make America Great Again Committee
  2. Donald J. Trump for President, Inc

Does anyone know what the different between these two options are?

Also, is there a way to donate without having your identity made public?

Just read the fine print. Option 1, for Make America Great Again Committe is a joint committee between Trump and the RNC.
