Kroger is refusing to give change now claiming the Fed isn't sending them coins. They will round your bill UP and either "donate it to a food bank" or put it on your loyalty card...this is a bullshit. And people need to stop shopping at Kroger. They CLAIM this just "happened" but it takes some programming to turn a discount loyalty card into a card that can hold money. This is trying to force people to use bank cards and do away with cash. If you continue to shop at Kroger, you're part of the problem.
I called the state's attny. office to complain and they told me to fuck off because all the people that work in those offices are RED. This shit didn't just "happen" it was planned because those cards needed programming.
