He had a criminal history and the "jogger" story was cooked up to incite racial animus in the same way that Trayvon Martin wasn't an innocent boy out for Skittles and iced tea, and Michael Brown wasn't a "Gentle Giant" who was going to college, and Rayshard Brooks was just a good boy who fell asleep at Wendy's.
