** The only thing the protesters have to do to be left alone is to leave the building and protective fence alone. That's all. Just leave it alone.

• Every night the protesters taunt the feds by first attempting to pull the fence down/get inside the fence, progressing to throwing fireworks and bottles of water, setting fires to trash inside the perimeter, shining many laser lights at the open door and at any federal troop that ventures outside the building (three troops may have permanent eye damage), throwing rocks and other objects and incendiary devices.

• Last night, the protesters had been doing most of these actions for a while during Ted Wheeler's visit a short distance away. Feds broadcast a recorded message multiple times over half an hour or more telling the protesters to stay away from the fence or they might be met with tear gas and other crowd control methods. Ted Wheeler made his way down to the fence near the door that the feds entered and left. He was standing against the fence, hearing the warnings and did nothing to move the rioters away or get himself out of there.

-The response by the feds was totally provoked, and Ted Wheeler did nothing to protect himself or the rioters by merely having them all walk away from the fence.
