I am a trained “equal opportunity leader” in the Army, and THANK GOD I don’t actually have to perform the duty. It’s the company/battalion level gig. When I went through the class EVERY single Equal Opportunity Advisor was either black or a woman. Any discussion about woman’s equality where someone brought up biological facts that the majority (yes some woman can compete with men) of woman cannot handle the rigors of combat arms was met with disgust and outright contempt. When we were asked about racism, anyone who down played it by bringing up the armies progressive nature of racial integration was treated as a racist. The Army, over the last probably 8-10 years has turned from an Army that used to followed its set mission to rapidly deploy and destroy the enemies of the United States, and into a feel good social Petri dish that is set up to weaken the army and ultimately the nation. Leftism is a disease and needs to be eradicated.
The US military has been at the forefront of racial equality in this country for decades. Why fuck that up with a bunch of horseshit and create problems where they don't exist?
