You’re not wrong about this, but I think the issue is that you’re talking about a situation that I don’t want to see. I would rather see this, have it contained legally and properly, but without any larger violent conflict between Americans. Right now, the country still has a chance to remain whole, and these officers are the only ones preserving that. Without them, we are forced to take our protection into our own hands...and at that point it becomes all out war.
