It’s a really fine line.. how can we mend the gap to keep these past times, yet prove we mean business and won’t put up with it.
There is no going back.
Sorry to be the one to break it to you. The future will be a struggle. Peace and prosperity are fleeting. You were lucky to experience what you did. History hasn't stopped and the time has come again for men to fight for liberty... or not.
The Leftists will not stop. There is no going back. Forget about the past. It's truly over. There is a schism in this country years in the making. It will be resolved, and it will not be a peaceful resolution. Too much has happened. Too many grievances. Too much propaganda and incitement. To stand up now like the Sabine Women would just mean getting steamrolled. The nation needs catharsis, and that's only likely to be experienced in the aftermath of massive conflict.
Luckily, I don't think we'll fight forever like the arabs. We are still Americans (for the most part, which is why the injection of foreign populations into our nation is highly dangerous, for it will extend any conflict) and that means we have the capacity to come together at some point and say, "Fuck man, lets just chill.", but that won't happen until everyone has blown off some steam. Meaning, some people have died and many of us have experienced some pretty intense suffering though conflict with each other, and subsequently realize that fighting to the death for the "Green New Deal" or "Reparations" or "Abolishing the Electoral College" isn't how they envisioned their future.
Hopefully the left realizes that and starts to control themselves before bullets start flying.
